Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we would be happy to help. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization by us, we will be happy to replace it at no cost.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of your item, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon receiving a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at care@mypawfurever.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If a mistake is made on our part, we will make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
